  • In celebration of the 77th Locarno Film Festival in 2024, we were honored to collaborate with Jannuzzi Smith to craft a new sound identity for the film idents they've produced.

    The new audio branding aims to give the iconic Leopard a fresh sonic life, blending the authentic sounds of roars, body movements, steps and fur with carefully layered extra-diegetic elements. This fusion creates an intense and cinematic experience that resonates with modern audiences.

    Each ident culminates in the appearance of the Locarno Film Festival logo, accentuated by a custom sound logo. This deep, percussive element is designed to capture the viewer's attention with its richness and boldness, echoing the Festival's dynamic and contemporary spirit.
